The whole experience was spellbinding and quite emotional at times! The location was truly stunning and the variety of wildlife was exceptional.
Linda W, trip to Brazil in Latin America
We had lots of time to watch the wildlife and enjoyed excellent sightings of grizzly bears and orcas. We saw 30-plus orcas in one day, wow!
Nicholas K, trip to Canada in North America
The highlight was seeing the bears. We saw three different bears that visited the hide area for around an hour at a time (see picture!).
We sat and watched a mother orangutan with her three year old make a nest before settling down for the night, it was the most emotional thing I've ever seen.
There were plenty of opportunities for viewing and photographing wildlife at close quarters, including the best viewing of a leopard that we've ever had.
We saw elusive small mammals thanks to excellent tracking and guiding! Helen Bryon was so enthusiastic, and she worked hard to keep everyone happy.
Catherine H, trip to South Africa in Africa
Watching wolf was a magical experience - what a beautiful animal! The bears were of course the standout, alongside reindeer, red squirrel and a lone wolf.
We had lots of wildlife highlights - waders nesting with chicks, long-eared owls, storm petrels at Mousa Broch and boat trips to the seabirds and Noss.
We saw 280 species of bird including some rare endemics, and some stunning birds from toucans to tanagers. The mammals including rare monkeys were enjoyable too.
Linda L, trip to Colombia in Latin America
We saw at least 19 different tigers, with some lasting a long time. Our tour leader couldn't do enough to ensure that all the group were happy at all times.
We had numerous spectacular feeding encounters with the humpback whales, breaching right out of the water and close encounters of them trawling for herrings.
Peter O, trip to Alaska in North America
The Dalmatian pelicans and the wintry mountain scenery in Lake Kerkini was just epic! I have never witnessed anything quite like it before.
The large penguin colonies are hard to beat, but I also enjoyed seeing seals and glimpses of the various whales from the ship - we even saw a very fleeting blue whale!
John L, trip to Antarctica in Polar
Seeing the wildebeest crossing the Mara River in the Serengeti was a spectacular experience! We also spent time with lion & cheetah and were the only vehicle there.
We saw so much wildlife close up! Sea lions, iguanas, red and blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, penguins and turtles along with reef fish when snorkelling. It was incredible.
Richard T, trip to Galapagos Islands in Latin America
Wildlife highlights included otter, nesting golden eagles and the bird colonies and puffins on Lunga Island. Alexa & Mike could not have been better at leading.
We enjoyed excellent wildlife sightings including elephant, wild dog, lion and their cubs. We could hear lion roaring during the night which was special.
The interaction and photography opportunities with blue morph Arctic foxes was incredible. The landscape was also sublime with incredible vistas.
We enjoyed the variety of locations, excellent accommodation and wildlife experiences including tracking rhino, giraffe and gorilla on foot plus the horse riding safari.
